You made the whole process incredibly straight forward, and stress free, finishing the project within the allotted time. Providing an accurate breakdown of costs, and submitting a list of the stages involved in building the room so we knew what to expect. As well as skillfully coordinating the electrician and plasterer, so that no time was lost, in the process, and sourcing the materials, which is proving difficult for many builders at the moment, due to the national shortage of wood and other materials.
You turned up on time every day, and worked solidly throughout, taking great care with whatever task was at hand, and it was a pleasure dealing with you, and the other tradesmen you brought on site.

He worked incredibly hard. He turned up when he said he would ( which doesn't seem to be the normal practice with some builders!)
